Teaching insulin injections starts with the fundamentals of carefully reading the insulin vial labels for dosage information as many insulin labels look alike. With Practi-NPH Insulin™ you can teach your students how to calculate dosages, choose the applicable syringe for the dosage, draw up the correct amount of air, and then rotate, mix and withdraw before the medication precipitates out. Wallcur’s Practi-NPH Insulin Vials contain distilled water and an additive that closely simulates NPH and must be mixed properly, and administered promptly, just like the real thing.
